There are design teams and design teams. Not every design team is the right one for you. Pick someone you feel comfortable working with. This person should be easy to communicate with and someone who listens to you and who will accommodate your wishes and goals into the design. Require the design team to put their ideas down on paper for you to see. The more that gets put on paper, the easier it is to see if there is anything missing or anything that's not going to work.

We have been coming to las Vegas since 1995 and every year we stay at the plaza along with staying at another hotel on the strip. We have enjoyed the strip but the highlight of our 7 night stay is being at the plaza in the north tower facing the dome show that view is better than any hotel on the strip. Even though they now are charging 20.00 extra per night to have that view ,its worth it. Center ... more »
